Our online return policy is easy. Just call 1-800-334-8182 and request a Return Goods Authorization number and we will take care of it. WFC is not responsible for freight charges back to our facility and a restocking fee of 10% could possibly be added if re-packaging is required.

We warranty against manufacturers defects are handled directly with Wilson Finley Company. Replacement parts and freight charges will be provided by Wilson Finley Company in the event of defective items.
